Pair of c. 1890 Grand Jeu de Mlle Le Normand Tarot Cards - Sold Individually Weschler test puzzle with a very substantial presenceI wish I had a whole deck of these, which seem to sell for $1500 or so, but, alas, just two. The cards were created by renowned fortune teller Marie Anne Adelaide Lenormand and first published c. 1845, then subsequently published by B P Grimaud, with these cards (based on their backs) dating to about 1890. The pictures refer to Greek gods, myths, allegories (including alchemy) and legends, with the Trojan horse entering the gates of Troy the subject
