I really love the blue ribbon here, snaking back and forth with no apparent function other than to deliver one more pop of color to complement those blooms. Feels like summer. Late 19th c. I believe. 10 1 4 x 7 3 8, one small loss to upper left corner, otherwise very good condition, watercolor on
